It can be difficult to talk to someone about what is going on in your life. It is my goal to provide you with a safe space where you can be your unapologetic self, and I can come along side you and support you along your journey.

I specialize in working with youth and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress, particularly those who are within the LGBTQIA+ community.  Using a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment, I provide support and empathy while creating a plan that is specific to the client. I believe strongly that the client is the expert, and by harnessing their strengths, clients can create meaningful change. I utilize various evidence-based practices (including play therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in a trauma-informed, affirming environment that empowers clients to celebrate their inherent value, strong resilience, and vibrant uniqueness. I am committed to working with you to achieve your goals.
