An 8 week open forum group therapy session will begin being offered weekly starting Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 7p to 8:30p at the Lansing Counseling office.  This session will be lead by therapist Cheryl Fosgate, LPC.  Before entering the group a brief introduction session (15 to 30 mins max) will be held with the same.

The primary topic will be dealing with stress, anxiety and daily living struggles but as an open forum group, other topics can be explored by request.

Anticipated group size is 8 to 10 individuals, with a minimum of 4 participates.
