Do you ever feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward? Maybe you’re navigating stress at work, struggling with relationships, adjusting to life changes, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. My passion is helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and build a more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to figure everything out alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment.
My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while making changes that align with your values and goals. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, and I tailor therapy to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and aspirations.
My background in the military, law enforcement, and corrections has given me a unique appreciation for the challenges people face, particularly when balancing personal well-being with professional and family responsibilities. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating demanding careers, while also welcoming anyone seeking support with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or personal growth.
Together, we can explore what may be holding you back, build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward the life you want to live. Whether you’re working through a difficult season or looking to grow into your fullest potential, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey.
