As human beings, we constantly strive to do our best in every situation, yet there is always room for growth. Life presents us with a range of challenges, both expected and unforeseen, that can sometimes feel overwhelming. In facing these difficulties, it becomes clear that we don’t have to go it alone. Therapy offers a valuable opportunity to receive external support and gain fresh perspectives. It is a resource that can benefit anyone, as long as you’re open to collaborating with your therapist and actively working toward the changes you wish to see. In therapy, you are in charge of the direction your sessions take, and I am here to create a counseling experience tailored to your unique needs.
More About Ken Tribley, LPC, CRC
In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and a diverse range of techniques from other therapeutic models to create a personalized approach that best meets your needs. I believe that therapy consumers are the ones who guide the direction of their sessions, taking an active role as the decision-makers in their own journey toward growth and change. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, from children (7 and up) to adolescents and adults (18-65+), addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar I and II, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and traumatic brain injuries. My goal is to help clients make meaningful changes that enhance their mental health and overall quality of life.
